Setting the Zen Cart timezone is possible without root access.

The video begins by opening up the web root. The Zen Cart install folder will be inside the specified web root folder.

The tutorial is broken up into three parts. The first part identifies the file to place the timezone code.

The second part adds the timezone code at the top of application_top.php file. The final part consists of testing inside a web browser.
