CSS fluid layouts can be used today to accommodate both small and large screen sizes. Fluid layouts automatically adapt to the width of the browser window.

The video begins creating a typical HTML file in the web root. The file will be styled using CSS to form a fluid layout.

The tutorial is broken up into three parts. The first part creates an HTML page without styling.

The second part creates a CSS-based fluid layout. The final part consists of testing output using a web browser.
