Part One of One

CSS is used for targeting HTML elements. The height property is used to keep the footer on the bottom.

The video begins by selecting a suitable programming editor. Ojambo.com reviewed cross-platform lightweight programming editors.

The HTML is broken up into parts. The main content part is set to 100% of the browser height. Negative margin is added to the main content to prevent scrolling. The height of the footer part is the same as the negative margin of the main content.
