Most browsers allow users to disable JavaScript. Some browsers do not support JavaScript. As a web designer, you will need to provide an alternative to JavaScript.

The video teaches the HTML noscript tag by using real examples. A Javascript example is used. If Javascript is not available then the content in the noscript tag is displayed.
