The full article describes radial gradients and shows an examples of multi-coloured gradients. For the tutorial, Inkscape is used to create a mock-up of a radial gradient using rectangular shapes. The rectangular shapes are re-created in css using proprietary “webkit” and “mozilla” specifications. Workarounds for other browsers entail coping the SVG file created in Inkscape and pasting into HTML code.
