Easy Sugar Cookies Recipe
After almost half a decade, food is back on Ojambo.com. Programmers and designers can make these cookies in less than 45 minutes.
A large cookie sheet and wooden spoon will enable anyone to make two batches of cookies.

Requirements

| Lard | Water | Extra virgin oil |
The preferred items were not used because their prices increased by 8X recently. Water is free, extra virgin oil drums were available due to a sale.

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Oil
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Water (optional depending on flour type)
5 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
- Mix the ingredients in order starting with oil.
- Add the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon.
- Prepare cookie sheet by placing wax paper or aluminium foil on the bottom.
- Drop the dough on the tray and pat down with the wooden spoon to shape the cookie.
- Bake at 325 °C for 10 minutes or until cookies stop rising.
Makes 4 – 6 dozen depending on the size.


- Recommendations:
- For easy clean up, use wax paper or aluminium foil on the tray and to cover while baking.
- For low fat, use egg substitutes and water instead of oil, but bake at 300 °C.
- Milk can also be substituted with water or juice.
