A website’s mouse cursor icon can be changed using HTML.

The video begins by selecting a suitable programming editor. Ojambo.com reviewed cross-platform lightweight programming editors.

The tutorial is broken up into parts. The first creates an icon using Inkscape and Gimp. Modern browsers can use SVG files which are vector graphics. Finally a cursor change container is created using HTML code. When a user places the mouse in the container, the cursor icon will change.
