CSS is used for styling HTML code. The pseudo-selector hover is used to replace text.
The video begins by selecting a suitable programming editor. Ojambo.com reviewed cross-platform lightweight programming editors.
The text is broken up into parts. Some text parts are shown by default. When a user hovers over the text, the hidden part is shown and the default text is hidden.
